OUR TEAM

DISELMA brings together a collective of researchers from different subdisciplines of communication science and universities across Germany to investigate the multi-level and multi-perspective phenomena of digital media in chronic disease self-management.


Areas of expertise include health communication and mobile communication and their linkage, the study of organizational communication, journalism studies, and the study of communication of technology, as well as research on media and technology adoption, lifestyle integration, and use and effects of digital media.
